
My name is Emily Cheung. I work in a school as a teacher and teacher-librarian. I have three-year working experience in the field of school library. I not only manage our school Central Library, I also have to handle a toy library for lower-class students. Besides, I have to collaborate with subjects' teachers for providing many different kinds of reading schemes to all of my students. Additionally, I have to teach 20 lessons every week, including: Library Lessons, Physical Education, Chinese Language and so on. Although my workload is very heavy, I like doing this job because I can learn many things in my workplace. I take this course for expecting to learn more knowledge of library to enhance my professional knowledge and working's ability. In the future, I hope that I will be able to write some articles about how to assist mentally-handicapped children in enhancing their reading's capability.
